Employ creative outreach techniques to generate new and repeat business, as well as to expand my client base. Maintain and organize an assigned area of the sales floor, both the understock and the caseline displays. I held different positions within the company, starting in the construction office, coordinating schedules between the field, the design center, the flooring subcontractors, and our closing services department.I went out into the field as a customer service rep, prepping houses for walk throughs and responding to service requests.I then moved into the design center, meeting with clients to select upgrades for their homes, later promoted to oversee the daily functioning of the design center, hiring and training support staff while still meeting with homebuyers to select features for their homes.
