1.Overall in-charge and responsible for purchasing roles, material store and logistic matter. 2.To obtain quotation and determine vendor for the project. 3.To monitor staff on daily purchases, to ensure purchase on right thing, at right price and with right vendor. 4.To monitor all the department purchases within the budget given. 5.To be responsible to ensure material store is sufficient stock to support production at anytime and within the cost goal setting. 6.To improve cost saving on purchases. 7.To continue work with vendors to look for improvement on their quality. 8.To handle logistic for incoming machinery. 9.To ensure major vendors are always comply to ISO9002 and TS16949 Quality Standard. 10.To coordinate major project with project leader and vendors. 11.To present monthly purchase report which reflect monthly IR purchases ,spare part/material stock take report and monthly cost saving report, vendor on time delivery report.

1.Overall in-charge and responsible for purchasing roles for below properties: (i) Avillion Resort – 285 rooms with 4 outlets + banquet. (ii) Admiral Marina & Leisure Club – Club house + banquet (iii) Avillion Admiral Cove – 2 apartments with 156 rooms per block. First block soft opening at March 2008,another block target to open on year 2009 (iv) Avi Spa – Opening at October 2008 Managed with 1 purchasing executive and 1 purchasing coordinator. 2.To handle re-branding exercise for the hotel division – Avillion PD, Avillion Layang-Layang (Sabah) , Avillion Legacy Melaka and Avillion Admiral Cove. Started with printing collaterals & room amenities. 3.To monitor staff on daily purchases, to ensure purchase on right thing, at right price and with right supplier. 4.To be responsible to ensure goods to be arrived on time to support the function and daily requirement. 5.To continue work with head of departments and suppliers to look for improvement on cost saving. 6.Revamp the whole department with more organize and systematic. 7.Working towards to computerize the existing purchasing system, in order to have better tracking & controlling system.

1.To be overall in-charge of Printing, Stationery, Market List, Grocery Store and Dairy and Chilled Products purchases. 2.Verifying of quotations, pricing and order placed. 3.Ensuring goods ordered meeting datelines of requester. 4.To promote and maintain good company relations with vendors. 5.Submit Market List monthly report as to show the price fluctuation trend. 6.To improve cost saving on regular purchases. 7.To follow up on short/ non deliveries. 8.Helping and supervising subordinates in job function. 9.To ensure smooth flow of works.
