I have a vast background in customer service, working in many retail shops -offering quality customer service. My passion is being a supportive figure, for the people around me. During my current role I manage my own caseload and day to day task. I have learnt how to effectively prioritise my work and complete task efficiently. Part of my role is to network between different charities and organisations, that may provide further support to my clients in need. My ambitious drive and interpersonal skills, has enabled me to create positive rapports.As I work in mental health, dealing with difficult clients/circumstances is a big part of my role. I am able to cope in stressful situation, while still maintaining excellent professionalism. Managing multiple complex cases at a time, has become part of my day to day and I enjoy being continuously challenged at work. I am always up for learning new skills and love to keep my work day diverse. For this reason, I’m often the first to volunteer for additional tasks at work.
