I work for Farm Bureau Insurance. I have experience with auto and property policies, my expertise being property.I also sell the TRH health insurance, which includes family, individual, children, dental, and Medicare Supplement policies.I also have extensive phone experience and face to face customer interaction.At my previous job I had mulitiple responsibilites. I was the secretary, purchasing agent and parts person.We manufactured portable sawmills and I did all the purchasing for materials to build them from nuts and bolts to pumps and motors.I also was responsible for receiving and inventory of all incoming parts, and putting them in their proper place.I also dealt directly with the customer, trobulbe shooting problems, taking parts orders and shipping outgoing parts.I was a substitute teacher from 2002-2003.
