I have served in the Army National Guard for the last almost 33 years. I am a human resource technician professional. I have served in a series of jobs with increasing responsibility over my tenure of serving our great nation. I currently work as the Human Resource Manager for the Full-Time Manning Office, Texas Army National Guard. I am a tactically and technically proficient manager. I give over 100% of my time and energy to any job/situation that is handed to me. I handle multi-task extremely well and will always accomplish the mission. I meet challenges head-on with maturity and grace. I am capable, caring, and have a can do attitude that is contagious and goal oriented. I have the ability to quickly form solid, professional relationships and can break through barriers to help opposite sides develop a mutual understanding and beneficial working relationship. I am a Soldier’s Soldier and strive to guide, mentor, coach, and challenge them each and every day. I am proud of what I stand for and strive to instill excellence in all who I come in contact with.
