With a supportive team and leaders that believe in me, adding to my Lean toolkit with Value Stream Mapping and becoming a Certificate Breakthrough Specialist (through GAP, International) has allowed me to push forward. This is a win for our entire team that does such incredible work to meet our customers needs including developing and earning patents for new products like Back Up Power Transfer Meters (BPTMs). When we encourage each other and are allowed by our leaders to be our true selves we really can achieve the unimaginable!

Responsible for assisting customers, internal and external, with rebuilding in the Camp Fire area and representing the customer voice inside PG&E.I am grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community that gave me so very much. To say it is difficult to regularly view the devastation and naked landscape is an understatement to say the least. I am a graduate of Paradise High School with 6th generation Butte County red dirt in my blood. I had family, multiple friends, and many co-workers residing in Paradise in November 2018. I combine my generational knowledge of the area, local relationships, and experience at PG&E supporting local commercial, educational, and government customers along with our operations teams in North Valley since 2012 to support the resiliency of my community, my family, and my peers.
