Supervise the local FOCUS team to deliver services (briefs, consultations, psychoeducational workshops, skill building groups (SBG), individual family resiliency training (IFRT); monitor and maintain fidelity to the model; meet contractual service goals. Develop and implement a strategic plan for delivery of FOCUS services. Conduct and supervise community outreach, referral base development, and networking. Develop, monitor, and revise a communications plan for the local team. Establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with the local POC(s) and local service providers. Plan and implement a monthly schedule of briefs and meetings with command, medical staff, and other providers. Identify local providers with expertise in key areas such as diagnosis and treatment of PTSD, ADHD, depression, educational consultation, and childcare; maintain an active referral list. Follow BUMED rules of engagement for media requests and high-level visitors in a timely manner.

Develop, conduct, and assist in the evaluation of training for fellows, medical students, psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals on evidence-based treatmentapproaches for children with histories of trauma, or family-centered prevention and intervention for at-risk families, including training in the FOCUS model. Provide technical assistance and model supervision to community providers trained in the FOCUS model. Supervise the scheduling and assist with the continuous quality improvement of all training provided by NFRC staff, and assist in the development of a variety of training materials. Supervise the implementation of family-level services using the FOCUS model and targeting veterans, including supervising staff, providing clinical supervision, interfacing with community agencies, and assisting with evaluation and report writing. Provide supervision and site direction to the FOCUS team at a military base located at Twentynine Palms, CA.

General oversight for all child/family-centered services, training, budgets and contracts exceeding $10m. Services included, foster care/adoptions, ITFC, MAT, Wraparound, EBP and PEI development and implementation, DCFS programs, DMH programs, Quality Assurance, HIPPA, Quality Improvement. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Development, Operations to ensure seamless delivery of services and high quality of care.

Provide multi-venue oversight and leadership for County Contracted programs within The Help Group Child and Family Center exceeding $15m, including DMH EPSDT/Healthy Families/FSP, MAT, DCFS Wraparound/AB1733/Family Preservation, DPSS CalWorks, School-Based Clinical Services, First 5LA Project Safe. Provide oversight for quality assurance/improvement; grant writing, negotiation packages, Statements of Work, budget management. Community involvement, program development.
