Terri Noah has over 20 years of management experience that includes: recruiting, training, HR functions and facilities management. She is the owner of Workforce Strategies, LLC where she serves employers in the recruiting, hiring and training of staff. Her goal is to recruit talent that meets the employer's business goals, skills requirements and company culture, all while making recruiting affordable for every size company. Previously she served as Occupational Medicine Director for Northcrest Medical Center, where she built a solid network of industrial clients for whom she developed compliance programs in the areas of: Worker's Compensation, OSHA, DOT and Tennessee Drug Free Workplace. She also developed a workplace wellness program known as "Wellness Advantage" that was utilized by Gap, Inc and BathFitter TN. While at NorthCrest, Terri also served as interim Care Center Clinic Manager, where she provided oversight to the daily operations of the urgent care and primary care practices.Prior to NorthCrest, Terri served as Departmental Manager for Tennessee Urgent Care Associates, an urgent care company in Metro Nashville with 4 locations. She was responsible for 4 urgent care locations, supervised 55 employees in the Radiology, Clinical Staff and Occupational Medicine Departments. Additionally, she developed media marketing campaigns for TV, radio, and print advertising. Terri has served on the Board of Directors for the Madison-Rivergate Chamber of Commerce, is a member of Give. Gain. Grow! BNI Chapter and past president. She is active in her community and supports various charitable groups.
