The Dawson Creek and District Hospital Replacement Project will result in a new state-of-the-art Dawson Creek and District Hospital that will be built in Treaty 8 territory. The new Hospital will be approximately 24,500 square metres (263,000 square feet) and have 70 beds, an increase of 24. The emergency department is also increasing in size, with treatment spaces going from 10 to 15. The facility will continue to provide a range of surgical services as well as chemotherapy, ambulatory care, radiology, clinical support and pharmacy services. There will also be space for a laboratory, diagnostic imaging as well as physical rehabilitation. New parents and families will be supported by a perinatal unit including labour, delivery, recovery and post-partum rooms and a nursery. ENMAX Power Corporation (ENMAX Power) is replacing the existing ENMAX Substation No. 1, located at 738 9 Avenue SW. Originally built in 1912 to power streetlights and the streetcar rail system in downtown Calgary, today Substation No.1 supplies power to almost half of Calgary’s downtown area. The New Westminster Secondary School replacement project includes the construction of a new high school immediately adjacent to the existing school built in the 1940's. This 2400m2 design-build project includes a new gym, theatre, commercial teaching kitchen, and collaborative learning environments to align with the current BC curriculum, and various science labs and workshops.

Construction of the 5 level precast concrete Parkade for the new hospital in Grande Prairie, AB.The parkade will provide 1072 parking stalls (including those for hospital staff and electric vehicle charging), as well as a reception and office space for parkade employees.A Pedway (or what Calgarians would call a "Plus 15") spans between the parkade structure and the new hospital.

The Interior Fit-Out and Exterior Improvements of the Grande Prairie Regional Healthcare Centre,an acute care center of approximately 63,600 m2, plus one level below grade and a mechanical and electrical penthouse. The massing comprises four main components: the diagnostic and treatment block, the in-patient wings, the education administration block, and the main service and circulation spine. The project is a CaGBC registered LEED-CI project, with the goal of Silver certification. The structure is predominately of reinforced, cast-in-place concrete, and is being completed using a “fast-track” method of construction.
