Proposed, designed, and implemented two new curricula for middle and HS students. Techniques in English Communication and a TED Video/ PowerPoint driven course exploring culture, socialization, human rights, gender equality, and globalization. Implemented MUN group. Sought and obtained UNESCO Associate School status for the school based on my curriculum. Initiated and managed the first extracurricular program at the school.

Directly responsible for the recruitment, training, motivation, sales readiness, and performance of 150 sales team members. Achieved $200,00/year sales volume as first-year manager. Generated a pipeline of selling opportunities for the team by presenting workshops (Xerox, Continental Airlines, Texas Children's Hospital, Exxon, Chase Bank, etc.) Translated corporate strategic plans into field-ready operations. Developed and retained key talent among sales team members. Communicated corporate goals to internal and external audiences.
