I have over 10 years’ experience and a Bachelor of Counselling from Notre Dame University as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Family and Relationship Therapy.I am a member of both the Australian Counsellors and the Western Australian Family Therapy Associations. I offer a non-judgemental, straight forward and empathetic approach drawing on a wide range of successful and proven approaches, such as Emotion Focused Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Gestalt, Mindfulness, ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), Schema Therapy, Attachment Theory and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
