• Agree Delivery individual delivery requirements for apprentices that do not attend college and require tuition on-the-job; both in 1:1 and class delivery• Provide English, Math’s and ICT tuition to apprentices both in College and offsite • Contribute to the individual progress reviews in relational to the Functional Skill framework• Liaise with Assessors/ reviewers to track the Functional Skill aspects of Apprenticeship programmes ensuring timely completion• Carry out diagnostic assessments for all Apprentices ensuring delivery is linked to learners needs• Attend and contribute to meetings regarding Apprentices on a regular basis to update on progress• Book and Co-ordinate Functional Skills exams for learner in accordance with the exam procedure• Invigilation of Functional skills where applicable• Work alongside employers and assessors for each Apprentice to ensure programme area support is in place

- I could assess the needs of young people to correctly plan and deliver programmes related to PSHE topics included: health and fitness, smoking, CSE, drugs, gangs, violence, relationships and bullying- Regularly monitor and review the quality of the local youth work provision- Run community/environmental projects, residential activities, outdoor education and sporting activities - I lead a bereavement programme at St Luke's Hospice for young people who had lost immediate family. This programme was around art based activities - To lead a cohort of young people, staff and volunteers on a Residential Activity trip - The National Citizen Scheme. - Supporting young people in different settings, including outreach work- Mentor, coach and support individuals, encouraging greater social inclusion- Work in partnership with professionals from other organisations that support young people such as social care, health, police, education, youth offending teams and local authorities- Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, bringing together practitioners from different sectors as part of a 'team around the family' (TAF) approach- Attend regular training and development opportunities to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and local policy developments
