With over 30 years of experience in environmental and sustainability services, I am the CEO and founder of ESGineering Consulting, a firm that provides innovative solutions to the environmental issues we face. I am certified by the FSB Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and I help clients align their business strategies with the global standards and best practices for climate risk management and reporting.I have a strong track record of leading and managing complex projects across various industries, such as biopharma, higher education, energy, and electricity generation and transmission. I have extensive expertise in sustainability consulting, project management, EHS management systems, environmental compliance reporting, environmental program development, environmental permitting, EHS information management systems, risk assessments, audit, and audit prep. I am also an ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, and I have a BA in Chemistry from UCSB. With all my experience my greatest skills are my ability to form strong, meaningful connections and "seeing" the complex set of factors (technical, social, interpersonal, organizational) from which a situation/problem evolved and then creating sustainable solutions that are clear and concise.
