Proficient skills to include but not limited to establishing and maintaining an accounting and financial systems to include budgeting (120k payroll, 1.5 M ops budget, and 100k capital exp.budget), forecasting, month end close, inmate banking and inmate payroll, tracking, vendor setup, capital expenditure preparation and quote analysis; manage division of 3 employees while overseeing human resources and employee benefits for 85 employees, as well as, interviewing, conducting background checks, creating interview questionnaires, mailroom and backup, and main entry facility access and control (to include grievance processing & notice of charges processing) and backup as well as trainer; complete divisional internal security audit, QA & ACA audits, financial audit, sanitation audit; and other numerous duties (to include risk management, contract administration, facility inspection, training of staff, staff mediation, and custody and control); direct assistant to Warden

Manage transportation department (8 staff), certified PTSI transportation trainer (for 45 staff), develop cost efficient bus routes, maintain center documentation, inventory control, purchasing, budgeting, form creation, operate office machines, Windows XP Professional (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access), scheduling, create & update Policies and Procedures, answer multiple phone lines, recruit volunteers, advertisements, general administrative work, Head Start Board Secretary, and other duties as needed by Director as her personal assistant and as a member of the HR hiring committee.
