Managing wholesale business for our Independent Retailers throughout the UK and Ireland

After a re-organisation within the company and the decision to move the Head office and Online departments up to Manchester, I was given the position of Head of wholesale operations for the U.K. as well as all of our International accounts.

Managing the Wholesale showroom in Manchester for the iconic British fashion label, Aftershock. Responsible for all sales in the Northern territories including Scotland as well as several big client accounts in Europe and the Middle East.I managed a small team of staff, regularly holding sales training and one to one evaluations. Overseeing all Social Media for Aftershock, as well as dealing with daily admin, email and telephone enquiries and merchandising the showroom.As well as liaising and keeping up with existing customer accounts, I continually identified new areas of growth and opportunities for potential new business as well as conducting site visits to present new collections.

Working for this Bespoke Couture Design House in the heart of London, my main responsibilities included co-designing seasonal collections, managing the studio and showroom, dealing with clients, drafting invoices and all admin duties, liaising with international suppliers, and managing student placements. I was also responsible for all aspects of Press and PR and implementing marketing strategies for a growing Business.
