Terri is an experienced legal analyst, host, and reporter. Her areas of expertise include civil and criminal litigation, civil rights, employment, compliance, corporate policy, ethics, and diversity.Terri previously served as an adjunct professor at USC Annenberg teaching several classes including Advocacy Communications. Prior to that, she served as Chief Corporate Policy Officer for S&P Global where she was responsible for implementing and monitoring corporate policies.Previously she served as Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer for AIG’s Domestic Insurance Operations and General Counsel for AIG’s Domestic Claims Operation.Terri began her career as a litigator for the New York City Law Department and then as a litigation attorney for Richards & O’Neil.Terri holds a Bachelor's degree in political science from Grinnell College, a Juris Doctorate from Columbia University School of Law, and a Master's degree from the Columbia School of Journalism.She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Riverdale Country School, New Alternatives for Children and Women’s Sports Foundation. She previously served on other boards including Girls Inc. of NYC and Lawyers Alliance of New York.
