Provide high-level customer service and administrative support to 1000+ companies.Perform a variety of key customer service functions, addressing inquiries of current and potential clients, communicating with marketing department regarding sample track inquires, and maintaining customer database. •Electronic entries of seed corn samples for identification and specific tests requested based on sample priority. Updating of client account information and processing of special instructions. •Verification of reports for billing accuracy, tests requested, data entry and client account information.•Train and convert clients to usage of Sample Track and website results. Immediate notification to management all customer concerns.•Assure clients receive all results on expected day of completion.

White attending college I served as planting line laboratory technician for three seasons. Planted numerous crops on crepe cellulose or blotter paper for seed to germinate and then analyze to provide results to clients.• Plant various crops (corn, soybeans, multi-species) for germination to be analyzed.• Discarding of crops when evaluation process is final.• Assisted in other departments when needed.
