Award-winning instructional leader with 20+ years of experience in designing and delivering talent development solutions for PK-12 teachers and leaders. Varied experiences in securing and implementing multimillion-dollar grants and projects, managing and leading cross-functional development teams and stakeholders, and successfully cultivating collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Currently, I'm the Director of Professional Learning for one of the largest public charter school districts in Texas serving over 42,000 students. I'm honored to support our leadership development initiatives and co-lead the $26M Teacher and School Leader Grant from the Department of Education. My 20+ career has included roles as a state-level literacy instruction coach and project manager, successfully launching and supporting the state’s first LMS and Project Share (Texas Gateway). Additionally, I am an independent consultant, specializing in designing effective professional learning ecosystems and supporting high academic achievement for diverse learners.
