In this workplace my duties included aspects of sourcing, processing, validating and submitting data on behalf of clients globally. This can include removal of duplicate entries, fix problematic data and update registered details that have changed. Music data matching and processing services to major broadcasters, music companies, copyright societies, distributors and independent producers music clearances, negotiating and licensing, acquiring local to global rights across all media platforms. My role as Music Services Assistant with On Music involves processing large amounts of metadata, insuring that artists are properly paid and credited for their work in radio, television and film. As a member of team ICE I work closely with GEMA and use CISNET for daily usage to insure composers of tracks that are in a Digital Service Provider E.G Spotify/ Google Play or Amazon music are properly registered and paid. I have also assisted with the daily supervision of helping run the team while we are transitioning into a new phase of leadership which includes helping log errors, alerting management of changes in the system and insuring the new workflows are ready for use.
