I have a successful history of over 28 years in the senior healthcare industry in various capacities. Currently, I am the Nursing Home Administrator and Licensed Assisted Living Director for Morgan Memorial Foundation, Inc, d.b.a. Gil-Mor Manor and Gil-Mor Haven. I am currently responsible for the operation of a freestanding, non-profit senior care living community with approximately 80 employees. My management experience includes managing the 35-bed Skilled Nursing Facility as well as the 16-unit Assisted Living Facility.As an accomplished leader and manager with a proficiency in strategic and tactical execution across administrative, finance, operations, marketing, and revenue generation. I have a strong background in motivating performance to meet or exceed company goals. Throughout my many years of experience, I have worked hard to continue my education by expanding my knowledge and skills by obtaining the following licenses: Licensed Health Services Executive, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Licensed Assisted Living Director. I truly have enjoyed the challenges using my education, experience, abilities, skills and knowledge within the senior care industry in order to ensure that quality care is provided to all seniors entrusted in our care.
