Responsible for growing revenue through the sales of CoStar’s marketing products to subscribers and non-subscribers within Houston metropolitan area. Properties consisted of commercial, industrial, land, multi-family and single family in Houston and surrounding areas. Interacted with real estate brokers to devise marketing programs; procure leases; establish listing prices; and purchase new assets. Negotiated and structured deals in accordance with Trust objectives. Provided recommendations based upon market conditions, appraisals and environmental aspects of the property to Committee. Interfaced with attorneys to arbitrate litigation issues.

Liaison and consultant on real estate acquisitions and sales of multi-family, retail and commercial land tracts throughout the United States. Analyzed and resolved issues and obstacles to facilitate the marketing, funding and/or purchasing of the assets. Interfaced with attorneys, lenders, clients and title companies to rectify environmental issues, endangered species, title problems, encroachments and loan documentation during due diligence period. Asset Manager for a multi-state portfolio of foreclosed commercial real estate properties in excess of $200M. Properties included Class “A” office buildings and power centers, industrial, business parks, downtown parking garages/hotels and various land use tracts. Coordinated efforts with the Special Loan Group to formulate foreclosure procedures, selected qualified third party management companies, brokers and/or auction companies to market assets.
