I have distinguished myself in many challenging situations and I am dedicated to providing expert customer service. I have worked in multiple Optical chains, Independent Opticians both employed aswell as on a locum basis. I have managed numerous teams across both types of businesses, spanning from driving teams to deliver KRA's to planning and delivering fulll optical training for new non optical background colleagues, all who have excelled greatly. I am a fully qualified spectacle glazing technician and pride myself in advising and producing quality products which will please both optically and cosmetically. My management style is that of an empowering team leader responsible for creating an environment in which people feel they can be their very best, to challenge and support the team to succeed and grow. I believe creating a great work place culture that allows every member to contribute towards the attainment of the organisations purpose will allow both business and colleagues to grow. I have built many work relationships with optical lens, frame and lab companies and feel I can use this to my advantage to liase to help grow and expand a business.
