Manage the scheduling of all potential hires for three of the company’s most successful recruiters across the company. Coordinate each step of the hiring and onboarding process including background checks, I-9 verification, drug testing, and interview scheduling.► Schedule up to 50 weekly candidate interviews with the hiring managers.► Meet with each new hire to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed on time to ensure immediate employee ID acquisition and no delay in work starts.► Compile and manage a spreadsheet of all employees that refer successful new hires to prepare talent scout payouts for internal referrals. ► Work with Payroll, Compensation and Benefits for accurate set up of new hires in system.
