Senior IT Program Manager responsible for the delivery management of enterprise-wide engagements including IT Modernizations and Artificial Intelligence implementations at Accenture Federal Services. With 20+ years of hands-on experience directing, managing, and deploying technical solutions on a global scale for Fortune 100 clients in the public, private, and non-profit industries. I have successfully managed multi-million dollar portfolios while assisting clients through business process re-engineering, new system design, legacy system integration, cloud migration, strategy and thought leadership, and IT modernizations. As an Executive, I have expertise in complex multi-tower software delivery, scaled agile, and delivering the most complex programs for our clients. Clients include federal and state and local agencies. I lead the AFS Inclusion and Delivery (I&D) team across the Financial Services Sector, developing strategies and initiatives for the AFS CEO. I joined Accenture as an experienced hire from CH2M Hill engineering group after graduating from Florida State University with a BS in Computer Science, Information Systems – Network Engineering in 2001. I also have a minor in sport management and am a former member of the Garnet and Gold Cheerleaders. Outside of work, I am active in supporting youth and the education community through Junior Achievement of Greater Washington, Hour of Code, Women in Technology, Girl Up, and The Women's Sports Foundation. Additionally, I am a member of the Florida State Alumni Associate DC Noles! In addition to all of those I have a passion for supporting and promoting Women in Tech and being an advocate for community support for horse therapy and pit bull rescue!
