Originally I started working for Portland Cider Company as their evening Night Assistant Manager but recently was promoted to Asst. Manager of the Hawthorne Blvd. location called Portland Cider House. While I am able to learn the creative process in making cider, I've been able to learn the business side as well. I currently embark on the ordering of cider, menu items, sales and budget, employee scheduling, and maintenance of computer software programs, booking of live music, and work directly with the sales and marketing team to create an enjoyable function-able space at Portland Cider House.

Work directly with authors to promote books, create and design marketing plans, press kits, and collateral. Organized bi-coastal bookrelease parties with multiple authors and event staff from a remote location. Design booth layout and setup for regional and nationalhealth conferences. Establish contacts with health-related organizations to promote fundraising endeavors.

Worked directly with clients from small luncheons to high-end events. Maintained onsite event coordinating where I managed a team of20+ people to ensure a successful event. Worked directly with event venues and event suppliers. Created and responsible for clientinvoicing and payment schedules.
