Appointed to lead a portfolio of special projects involving business model transformation, and to manage PwC’s Project Management Office (PMO) responses to the Ukraine and COVID-19 crises. Led DEI and core provider practices and managed the firm’s Partner Candidate Leadership Development Experience (PCLDE). Integrated DEI and ESG which elevated the strategic HR conversation to the C-suite and boardroom. Matrixed reporting relationships to members of the US Leadership Team.

Led an expanded geographic practice of 6,000 professionals across Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Grew revenues to $2.2B at a CAGR of 9% and increased market penetration by 4%. Expanded margin by 3% by implementing Salesforce, digital accelerators, and driving adoption of acceleration centers. Appointed to turnaround a distressed practice with declining revenues. Led over 3,700 professionals across Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ignited growth achieving 17% CAGR and $1.2B. Rebuilt senior-level client relationships, launched new service offerings, and restored PwC’s brand resulting in increased market share, client satisfaction, and retention. Oversaw complex digital transformation engagements driving cultural change, adoption and usage.

Strategic business partner collaborating with line of service leaders to bring new skills to drive revenue growth. Managed a department operating budget of $1.4B and the employee experience for 45,000 US employees, and oversaw the global talent brand, strategy, technology enablement and onboarding of 275,000 employees. Transformed the talent experience by leading the innovation, design, and introduction of PwC’s Leadership Development Experience, the PwC Professional, and launched the industry leading Snapshot performance management app. Drove savings of $250M through streamlined performance management and improved employee retention rates to 84% from 73%. Transformed sourcing business models to leverage nontraditional labor sources. Created a talent exchange which sources 4,000 FTEs a year.

Member of the Management Evaluation and Compensation Committee, the Partner Admission Committee; Chair of the Clients and Markets Committee. Stepped away in 2012 to assume Vice Chair role (see position above).

Led over 1700 service professionals from Boston to Florida in providing consulting, deal, and forensic services to clients. Managed risk, quality, and oversaw operations in billing and collections, talent acquisition, and deployment. Grew consulting revenues by 30%. Spearheaded the integration of numerous acquisitions. As US Advisory Diversity and Inclusion Leader, drove initiatives to promote a culture of sponsorship and advocacy within the US Advisory practice, and guided succession planning.Drove strategy as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) leader. Member of the Extended Leadership Team.
