Strategically led the brand, sales and marketing activities of franchise owners and 155+ store locations in 30 states for the first direct access lab testing operation in the U.S. Mentored, coached and trained franchisees through corporate and online training, personal visits, webinars, phone conversations, workshops and regional meetings. Conducted New Franchisee Training and created six (6) month initial sales and marketing plans with each attendee. Designed policies and procedures, business development programs, marketing initiatives, and media relations activities to support continued market penetration. Sold and closed regional and national sales accounts that fed franchisee revenue streams. Supervised personnel for 8 company-owned store locations in a franchisee capacity.• Served as a member of the Franchise Advisory Council and Executive Team.• Significantly grew system revenue.
