This product installed, removed and repaired various applications running on client desktops over the enterprise and was geared towards large IT departments in order to reduce overall cost and increase reliability of their desktops. Responsible for creating the Impact UI using JSP/ASP and ActiveX controls with XML data transfers. Enhanced a Java-based agent with new remote actions and maintained Java application UI.
