Oversee the operational and strategic agenda of the Nevada Optometric Association (NOA), working in close collaboration with the NOA board and the American Optometric Association (AOA). Daily duties include membership management, financial oversight, stakeholder communication, and representation of the NOA at various high-profile events, meetings, and legislative events.Key Responsibilities:• Manage members, prospective members, partners, and friends of the NOA using the NOA’s Association Management System• Lead collaboration with the Membership committee to set and surpass annual new member goals• Exercise oversight over the collection and accounting of PAC monies, NOA dues, and partnership monies• Drive efficient coordination of payments to vendors and ensure financial documentation• Work with the NOA Secretary-Treasurer to ensure financial transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements• Ensure seamless filing of essential paperwork with state and federal government, including taxes and reports• Spearhead collaboration with the Executive Board to develop action-oriented task lists and deadlines for the board and committees• Direct all NOA communications, including newsletters, email blasts, texts, and social media postings• Manage and update the NOA website with timely information and news• Plan and execute the annual meeting• Work with Nevada optometric societies to plan and execute continuing education and member events• Foster and manage relationships with industry professionals, community leaders, and governmental agencies• Ensure actions align with the best interests of quality eye care and the safety of Nevada's citizens• Attend local, regional, and national meetings and conferences• Work with the lobbying team and speak on behalf of the NOA in the Nevada Legislature, including committee and floor sessions• Represent the NOA on Capitol Hill during the annual AOA Fly-In and maintain relationships with the Nevada delegation

• Responsible for daily management of accounts ensuring client satisfaction throughout the media planning and buying process• Work with prospective and established clients across the country to plan, negotiate and execute cable and television media schedules on local, regional and national levels• Interpret research and analytical data, translating the information into quantifiable and efficient media plans while staying within clients' budgets, which can range from a few thousand dollars to multi-million dollar accounts• Prepare proposals and presentations• Travel as necessary to meet and entertain prospective and established clients• Employ social media and networking in prospecting for new clients • Develop and maintain relationships with national cable and broadcast networks, as well as local cable providers and television stations, and negotiate the front-end business of media planning and buying • Clients include major women's retailer, home-improvement retailer, consumer packaged goods, universities/colleges, and business-to-consumer products

• Assist Account Executives in the daily planning of cable and broadcast television media schedules as well as billing reconciliation. • Support the in-house media buyers with placement of approved schedules. • Act as secondary contact for clients and vendors.

• Agency liaison with clients - managing the day-to-day needs of advertising & marketing clients• Manage the work flow of projects within the agency; coordinate and traffic schedules of projects from creative/production to end product• Planning of marketing/advertising campaigns, brand strategy, brand identification and budgeting• Prepare production budgets, estimates and timelines to ensure projects come in on-time and within budget• Responsible for project status reports for agency and clients• Facilitate weekly production status meeting and daily agency touch base meetings• Project management of photo shoots, video shoots, special events, print projects and other projects/materials• Write copy, edit and proof work to meet project specifications• Foster and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors • Assist with preparing presentations and proposals• Help create and implement new and innovative processes to increase productivity and accuracy between agency departments

• Produce the #1 rated 6:30 p.m. newscast in the market • Write top national and business stories of the day from press releases, wire copy and news feeds• Coordinate in-studio interviews• Line-produce 6:30 p.m. newscast

• Produce hour long morning newscast and newsbreaks presenting viewers with first look of the day’s local and national headlines • Coordinate on-set and field interviews• Line-produce newscast • Train producers and interns

• Conduct field interviews and write stories for evening newscasts • Cover natural disaster: the 1997 New Year’s Flood both in the field and in the newsroom• Log and edit video for newscasts.
