My passion is solving business issues through process change and technology via a focus on customer desires, customer engagement and service.After retiring from EY, I put my passion and talent to work at Bamboo Detroit, a co-work business, focusing on small business and start up work spaces. I'm the Community Manager responsible for customer experience and operations.I started my career in Computer Science (we still used punch cards at that time!) in 1985.
