Implemented and managed new scope review process which has reduced errors in estimates by 50% and reduced delivery time of estimate by 30%. Managed complex, large scale initiatives which spanned multiple Affiliate Banks. Environment was heavily regulated, and politically charged with complex management structures. Project teams consisted of technology staff, business resources including Senior Executives from Corporate and Affiliate Banks, Compliance resources, business analysts and vendor resources.Custom development project for large Utah-based religious non-profit. Project went from award by client to deployment in production in 8 months. Project required direct interactions with management and technology resources at client. Solution required development of custom processes within Bank and between Bank and Client. Critical customer facing project where customer accounted for 5% of the total Treasury revenue for the Bank. Received project assignment after previous PM resigned. Completed critical phase quickly and retained customer. Project required migration to a new platform of over 250,000 customers spread across 8 Banks and numerous Correspondent Banks. First mobile applications for product implemented. Implementation project for automation of $26B Commercial Lending portfolio. Managed $11MM project budget including monthly tracking of expenditures and reforecast. Developed complex project plan. Requirements phase included both onsite as well as WebEx sessions with over 100 participants. Reported monthly to Executive Steering Committee on project status, project risks and mitigation plans, and project budget. Vendor selection for automation of Commercial Lending processes in use at 6 regional banks, and 3 centralized business locations. Processes developed for vendor selection were adopted by other selection committees within the Bancorp. Selection process was 6 months in length and resulted in the award of a $7MM contract.
