Direct operations, corporate infrastructure and business development for 15 field consultants and nine strategic partners. Responsibilities included contributing writer to monthly newsletter, consultant orientation and training, develop and write policies and procedures, client project management, prospect cultivation and proposal writing. Billable expertise included case statement writing, development audits, board training, and subsector and economic trend research.

Developed and implemented strategic plan related to annual development and special events. Directed media program, wrote direct mail campaigns, business collateral material, and quarterly newsletter. Managed consulting efforts of the for-profit center. Wrote and presented proposals. Projects ranged from one-time professional educator training to long-term strategic planning and implementation as well as on-site evaluation for school development.

Direct operations, marketing and management of the business; Conduct profit/loss analysis based upon client recruitment and retention, strategic business planning, budget control and payroll management; Supervise hiring, firing and staff development; Write, design and plan advertising, direct mail, brochures and web site development; Business development through corporate alliances.

Provided marketing for the Jewish Federation, Jewish Community Foundation and the Jewish Community Campus, its staffs and governing Boards of Directors. Developed short and long range marketing plans; produced newsletters, brochures and annual reports; marketed annual and capital fundraising projects including special events, fundraising telethons and a feasibility study and completion of a $4,000,000 capital campaign.

Project work included long-range planning, sales training, trade show preparation, association membership management, marketing, and quantitative/qualitative research and analysis for clients nationwide.
