Responsible for overall management and execution of the 18th Maintenance Group's multifaceted $165M budget including a vital $160M flying-hour program. Responsible for the maintenance group's mobility and logistics planning operations. Provided guidance to six squadron's unit deployment managers. Oversaw all environmental, safety and occupational health matters and enforced policies and procedures for group hazardous material programs valued at $500M.

Lead 26 American and 35 Japanese employees while managing a $4.5M civilian corrosion control contract. Directed all corrosion control activities on 1,300 pieces of ground equipment, 15 KC-135R, 11 C-130, 2 E-3B, 1 RC-135 and 1 WC-135 aircraft. Managed upkeep and repair of 11 maintenance facilities comprised of 96,000 square feet of space. Directed assessments for structural and corrosion damage to assigned aircraft and equipment ensuring all repairs and maintenance actions met strict standards. Coordinated depot-level repairs with Air Force Material Command engineers. Managed and served as approval authority for $350,000 government purchase card account. Lead squadron's self inspection program and served on wing's evaluation team.
