DRF Water Heating Solutions is a full service provider of plumbing and energy efficiency solutions for residential and commercial properties. Our “green” service product provides opportunity for energy equipment updates for large properties and a partnering with energy providers to identify the maximum cost savings to the client.

Quail Creek Country Club is recognized as a premier full service private Club with approximately 685 family memberships with a budget of $12 million dollars. The Club offers 36 championship holes of golf, market leading Tennis / Bocce Center, Fitness / Spa Center, exceptional Fine Dining and supported by a total Club employee base of 170 associates.My responsibilities as the senior director reporting to the General Manager / COO, and member of the Executive Committee included, all aspects of Human Resources, planning, managing and execution of performance standards. The scope of these responsibilities also developed and managed the largest budget within the club and leadership attributes in recruitment, all department training, employee relations and adherence to policy and rules governing employee actions and standards of expectations. My personal goal was creating a motivated employee base that would deliver exceptional performance.

•Process biweekly payroll for 160 employees utilizing in-house ABRA Payroll Software in conjunction with Empower Time Capture and biometric clocks•Calculate all levies and garnishments for employee processing and sending to third party administrator•Process all employee W2s and file with the social security administration•Calculate and process gratuities and lessons for golf and tennis pros, fitness trainers and wait staff•Responsible for company compliance with state and federal legislation for all payroll matters•Complete new hire package including drug screening, background checks, mvr reports and social security verification

•Process and distribute checks for a multi-state regional payroll, utilizing in-house Lawson system•Calculate hours and overtime; responsible for 1117 employees, including 4 CA offices•Perform account reconciliations utilizing Excel spreadsheets•Monitor payroll phone and e-mail hotline, acting as a customer service agent answering inquiries and resolving problems
