Our mission is to help people redefine and rebuild their lives after cancer and give them the tools, support, and community to thrive—whether living with or beyond the disease.Since 2013, AFC has transformed the lives of thousands of participants through online and onsite programs in the U.S., Kenya, India, South Africa, Peru, and Costa Rica. We have contributed more than 30,000 hours of volunteer service while taking positive action against the isolation, anger, depression, fear of recurrence, or survivor guilt often created by cancer.
