I am a confident, adaptable, and determined professional-athlete able to solve problems and accomplish goals. I am a graduate from North Carolina State University, with my bachelors in Science, Technology, and Society. I understand that I may not start out in a leadership role; however, I am comfortable being in that role after I have worked my way to it. I chose to graduate High School a semester early to begin my career as a student-athlete on the football team at NCSU. There have been many successes and failures throughout my four years and I would not change a single one of them. In 2014, I was named a Caterpillar Scholar-Athlete for maintaining above a 3.0 GPA. In 2016, I won the “Alpha Rising Award” voted by my team for the most improved player. I ended my career at NCSU with an All-American status. Collegiate football has taught me many lessons that will stay with me including: team work, dedication, and time management. Outside of football, I have also carried two side jobs with me to add further work experience. The summer of 2016 I was a Local Mover for Bellhops where I lifted, moved, and transported a wide range of furniture and materials for clients across Raleigh, NC. I really improved my communication skills with this job as safe delivery and ensuring satisfaction was my top priority. Also, for about 18 months I worked as a Security Guard for Capital City Tavern in downtown Raleigh, NC. The safety and control of large and possibly intoxicated groups of people was my top priority here and could not be taken lightly. In 2019, I started at Fedex as a driver and eventually worked my way to the manager where I lead a team of 8 to complete task everyday.I am excited to use the skills that I have developed to help another team in a business setting. I would love to successfully transfer my strong work ethic and time management skills to any team setting. I am seeking a managerial role or social media position to help increase a company’s brand any way possible.
