My objective is to maximise property sales by developing the team with sales manager, creating and implementing new marketing material.To increase office turnover by monitoring performance and ensuring all team members are working to their fullest potentialKey Responsibilities• Setting targets for the office including each of the Sales Negotiators personal monthly/annual targets• Dealing with any training and development needs to ensure property sales are maximised• Attend to valuations• Liaise with company Directors and feedback any information based on office performance and discuss strategies to improve turnover• be actively part of weekly meetings with staff to ensure all relevant communication has been carried over• Assist in maintaining excellent relationships with Landlords and Buyers to ensure referrals and repeat business• assistant in providing training and knowledge to junior colleagues • Carry out remote monitoring and fault rectification to meet contract requirement • To ensure correct ownership of faults is established and handover is documented in line with business process• Undertake regular reviews of faults within ownership and action as necessary to expedite clearance• Act professionally at all times, ensuring business is well represented to internal and external customers• To understand internal and external processes for access arrangements and provide required documentation where necessary
