Leader for the Global Trade Compliance team which enables efficient movement of our products, software and technology across borders by promoting compliance with import and export regulations and the EHS Legal support team. Also, responsible for implementation and management of the company's Legal Risk Management system.

Responsible for driving the global ethics program and leading the Office of Ethics, including audit committee and senior management briefings, ethics committee operations, investigations, training, policies, the ethicsline, and the code of business conduct.

Responsible for protecting and enhancing the company's brand through implementation of a premier ethics and compliance program that drives compliance with laws and regulations around the world. Reports to General Counsel and Chief Administrative Office and Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Provides regular briefings to senior management including the GC, CEO, and Audit Committee of the Board. Accountable for an organization of more than 50 employees and with an operating budget in excess of $10M annually.

Leader for Global Trade Compliance team, with responsibility for driving global customs and export controls compliance programs including management of government audits, voluntary disclosures, self audits, training, policies, and tools. Also responsible for global anti-corruption program, including systems and processes, to ensure compliance with the US FCPA and other similar anti-corruption laws.

Responsible for supporting ethics and compliance program. Designed and implemented system for conducting due diligence on third party sales representatives. Also responsible for delivery of training, policy creation, communications, etc....

Responsible for Accounts Payable, Capital Accounting, and Travel and Expense (Oracle) systems and processes within Motorola's Global Financial Shared Services organization.

Responsible for implementing and driving global program for ensuring compliance with government compliance obligations including those resulting from US State & Local, US Federal and international governmental contracts, and other US extra-territorial requirements such as the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
