• Process invoices in match exceptions ensuring that all receipts are precisely matched before payments• Process invoices into PeopleSoft after retrieving and reviewing IPM scanned documents• Review and analyze high volumes of purchase orders to resolve issues, and inquiries regarding invoices• Research and resolve vendor inquiry and assists NYCTA manager with vendor issues• Interact with procurement team to enter receipts for accurate and timely processing of payments• Assists with end of the year project and other special departmental project.• Examine and review “Special Queue” (queue that contains invoices w/discrepancies) to inform the vendor about missing information on incomplete or ineligible invoice and missing PO numbers.

• Manages accounts payable and payroll reports • Reconciles, reviews and reports balance sheets to the administrative supervisor• Makes sure that vouchers and legal documents have accurate inputs complied to auditors• Performs general office duties, administrative tasks and maintains accounting files
