This Service Center has been accredited by the Help Desk Institute Service Center Process 8 times and is the only Health Care Service Center ever to be accredited.o Results include the Integrated Health Technologies receiving the Missouri Quality Award for IT Excellence the four times it applied. Change control process and Business Continuity processes were was identified as best practice.o Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity plan was identified by Gartner and CHAN Auditing group as a best practice for hospitals deploying Electronic Health Records.
