Prior to joining Windermere, Terry was the Chief Financial Officer at a commercial Real Estate company on the east coast for thirteen years. As a member of the management team, Terry was instrumental in helping grow the company into a national firm recognized as an industry leader. He also worked overseas in Africa and Asia for seven years and ran his own accounting and computer services company. Terry has also completed and passed the rigorous 120 hours of additional class time and state test to become a Managing Broker.Terry and his wife Susan reside in Poulsbo with their two daughters. The girls attend Olympic College and Western Washington University in Bellingham. Terry and Susan purchased their first property in Kitsap County in 1989 and have watched with pride the area grow and prosper. Susan has her own small business "Custom Cottage Slipcovers" which makes custom soft furnishing for the home. Terry is a member of the Poulsbo Rotary Club and is actively involved with the Poulsbo Farmers Market and Chamber of Commerce and serves on its Board of Directors and as Treasurer of both.
