Responsible for the concierge services at Tower 42, one of the most iconic corporate building in London, I look after the requirements of thousands of occupants and visitors to the building.Some of the ways I have supported the building was:- Being the brand ambassador, first point of contact and communicating attentively with visitors upon their arrival to the building. - Making suggestions for entertainment, dining and other engagements when and as required. - Attending to the wants and needs of our visitors.- Assisting or make booking or reservations to hotels, restaurants, shows, sports entertainment, to name a few, upon request of the guest.- Assisting with the organisation of on-site events.- Providing information about the facilities and the surrounding areas, such as the best possible routes from one point to another, whether by taxi, foot, private vehicle, or public transportation.
