About Terry Cartwright

I am currently an environmental consultant that assists clients through the vast network of local, state, and federal regulations that protect our natural environment. I have a diverse background in wetlands ecology, biology, and environmental permitting. As an environmental consultant, I have been involved with numerous airport and roadway expansion projects, including wildlife management at airports, clearing of safety areas, runway extensions, road widening, road extensions, new bridges, and new connector roadways. Current and prior project activities include airport wildlife hazard assessments, threatened and endangered species assessments, wetland assessments, wetland jurisdiction determinations, and wetland mitigation design.
