I have a flexible approach to work and as you can see by my CV I have taken on varied roles during my career.I work in a fast paced environment on the Service desk and as an analyst have dealt with up to 30 – 40 calls a day through telephones, Service desk tool (Servicenow) and Email.I spent 9 years in a branch dealing with customer queries and mortgage interviewing as well as cashiering. Recent manager feed back after a visit to 1 of our admin centre’s said “The team managers were especially complimentary of the IT Service Desk and, Terry, your name came up several times. I noted the following: "Terry is brilliant, really takes ownership of things", "she gets it" and "has a sense of urgency".”I have spent all my working life in customer services and strive for the best level of customer service. I have attained ITIL (IT) & CeMAPS (Mortgage) Qualifications 24 years working in a banking environment Excellent customer service skillsMortgage underwriting experience Owned and managed Hairdressing Business I have worked for The Derbyshire Building Society for 24 years in various roles from Cashier to Senior Mortgage Underwriter and then IT Service Desk Analyst. During that time the Derbyshire was taken over by the Nationwide Building Society and after 7 years they are now migrating our branches and accounts over to the Nationwide systems. Due to this my role is being made redundant.
