As a Positive Psychology practitioner, I specialise in the effective delivery of support programs to leaders for positive organisational culture change and Training for Psychological Wellbeing. This includes a variety of programs that will build an organisations Psychological Capitol, improve moral and motivation, increase productivity and engagement, enhance employee wellbeing and resilience and create awesome places to work.I am passionately involved in the training and assessing of the Diploma of Leadership and Management, Diploma of Business, Certificate IV in Leadership and Management for managers, team members and community leaders in a variety of areas including Local Government, Regional Development, Construction and Health. I also provide training in small business management, retail and customer service to Diploma level.
