Additionally, key contributor to other functions of the business, such as general operations, procurement methodology development, sales, and marketing.I also provide spend management services by helping organizations identify and realize significant cost savings, sourcing efficiencies, and improvements in their strategic supplier relationships. 2020 - 2021: Sourcing Director, Commercial - Led purchasing and supply chain management activities for the Commercial HVAC Business Segment with identifying year-over-year price reductions and productivity improvements, while maintaining or improving product quality and supplier service levels. Worked closely with key stakeholders in Commercial HVAC Business Segment and in World Wide Supply Chain Organization to develop effective cost reduction strategies and implementation plans. Responsible for delivering demonstrated Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reductions to a $700M Annual Revenue business that primarily services HVAC Markets in North America and Latin America.2017 - 2019: Sr Strategic Sourcing Principal - Responsible for Global Sourcing of Electric Motors, Mechanical Parts (Blower Wheels, Fan Blades, Fabricated Metal Parts, Fasteners, Die Cast Parts) and Packaging (Corrugated, Crating, Foam). Combined $300M annual spend. Managed three Direct Reports.2016 - 2017: Sr Transportation Sourcing Manager - Was responsible for managing Carrier contracts, pricing and awarding of business for LII Transportation needs. Managed over $200M annual spend (TL, LTL, Intermodal and Small Parcel). Managed three direct reports. 2012 - 2016: Sr Strategic Sourcing Manager - Managed international strategy for procurement of HVAC / Refrigeration electronic motors and drives ($155M global annual spend). 2007 - 2012: Strategic Sourcing Manager - Managed Indirect and Direct categories with $150M annual spend. Categories included support services, such as Uniform Rental, Cafeteria/Vending, Travel, Recycling, Janitorial, Advertising, Temp Labor, Training, Consulting, Outsourced Engineering. Categories also included products such as Office Supplies, Printed Media, Packaging / Distribution Supplies, Capital Equipment, Labels, and IT HW/SW, among others.

• Supervised E-sourcing process for Blockbuster’s Indirect Spend of $389M annual. Monitored 20+ active projects for various Category Managers, with $2.5 million annual savings.• Assisted with RFx Template creation for running e-Sourcing events. These were customized by type of spend category.• Business Owner for SAP Frictionless (e-Sourcing) implementation, which Deloitte Consulting led. Implementation included Frictionless RFx, Contract Repository, and Spend Analysis modules.• Defined supplier performance metrics, such as competitive pricing, timely deliveries, favorable terms, adequate problem resolution, and acceptable quality levels.

Purchasing and Fixed Assets Manager• Reviewed and approved or rejected all company purchases. Maintained a vendor database which measured price, performance, and quality.• Supervised one Purchasing Assistant.• Managed and reported on all Fixed Assets (Approx $27MM value). Performed all journal entries related to Fixed Assets. Responsible for Property Walk Forward and Capital Expenditure Reports.• Saved $100,000 per year by negotiating copier equipment leases with alternate vendor.• Negotiated pricing, service, and contracts with existing and potential suppliers.• Implemented numerous improvements, such as web-based purchasing capabilities, on-line supplier price comparisons for like/kind items, and identified alternative global suppliers.
