About Terry Clark

I help individuals and teams optimize wellness with guaranteed increases in Flow access and experience.I am a high energy professional with extensive experience in Federal law enforcement and intelligence. In order to survive and excel in that profession, one needs to take a systems approach to sleep, exercise, nutrition, stress-management, supplementation, and relationships. My precision wellness coaching career shift emerged from a lifetime of reaching for my own health optimization. As a lifelong athlete I enjoyed referring to myself as a “professional athlete” because, as a Federal Agent for 24 years, I was authorized 4 hours per week to work out. My insatiable curiosity and a passion for the hard sciences built a basis of knowledge that is very valuable in identifying patterns and trends and the significant anomaly in client’s challenges in achieving their own best life. While my talent for investigation and analysis were critical to success as a Federal agent, the study and practice of Gestalt as learned in Organization and Systems Theory became increasingly important as did the advanced interviewing body of knowledge in understanding the human way of relating to ourselves and others. I support my clients in finding their own truth for their ideal life, defining that vision, mapping the path to living it, and supporting their changes and accountability to achieve it.I understand first hand how a stressful and taxing career can challenge your body and mind’s ability to perform at its highest level. Identifying the links between client’s current lifestyle and impediments to optimization is just a first step in the my coaching model. When not working on optimizing my client’s Wellness, I live with his wife, Anjali, and my 12 year old son, Kiran, in Maryland where I coach youth football, continue to work out, and grills dinner most nights.https://abovethegenes.com/
