Currently working with client that has implemented SAP ECC 6.0 in the past but did not implement MRP at time. My initial responsibilities have been to insure that MRP is implemented successfully at current location. Activities for MRP have included data cleansing at the customer and vendor level. Structuring material master data, scheduling agreement information at both ends of the business and setting up MRP jobs. Knowledge folders have been created to support MRP activities and I am coaching others that work in the materials area. Job has expanded to work with corporate group getting high volume vendors EDI capable that are not. Additionally, to move smaller vendors that is not EDI capable to a corporate common solution for communicating requirements and shipments.
