Product Line Manager for Subsea Monitoring & Control (SMC). Responsible for all aspects of the product line, including engineering, manufacturing, sustaining, testing, quality, and sales. Managed budgets for new product development and rapid response projects, as well as the overall PL budget. This PL was highly successful due to the emphasis we placed on reliability by design and the verification test program we implemented.In 2012, I took responsibility to move the entire product line to new production facilities in Bergen, Norway. To ensure the continued success of this line, I moved with the PL to prepare the new facilitiy and oversee the first production units in the new location. This move was a challenge to complete without affecting production already in process. It involved transfer of equipment and personnel, coordination of resources, training for new personnel, and strict budget planning. Operations are ongoing in Bergen.

Took on the other four projects at different stages of development. Running five projects simultaneously, in different stages, and keeping the schedules and budgets in line, all while delivering the goods was a challange, but I am proud of what we accomplished during that time.
