As COO I have experience in and led capital bond construction; security and emergency planning; transportation; and operations and maintenance.Over the past 3 years, I have been asked to speak around the country at the collegiate level and K-12 on secured facilities; capital construction bonds; capital assessments; long range planning; and a 50 year facility condition assessment. My goal after retirement from LPS is to bridge the gap between companies and school districts in a consultant role. I look forward to turning the page to the next chapter of my career.I have served on various boards in Colorado. I served as President and board member for Colorado Association of School Business Official (CASBO); board member for Colorado School Plant Managers Association (CSPMA); and member for Colorado Association of School District Energy Managers (CASDEM).My Why :Design and construct learning environments that excite and prepare students, teachers and staff beyond what we can imagine. Creating schools that are safe, secure, and energy efficient without the look and feel of an intuition.
